Cancellation Policy for 6-Week Program

Cancellation by Participant

  • More than 14 days before program starts:
    Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

  • 7โ€“14 days before program start:
    50% refund of the total program fee.

  • Less than 7 days before program start or after program has begun:
    No refunds will be issued.

Cancellation by Organizer

  • If the program is cancelled by the organiser for any reason, participants will receive a full refund.

Transfers

  • Participants may request to transfer their registration to a future session of the program at least 14 days before the start date, subject to availability and approval.

Missed Sessions

  • No refunds or credits will be given for missed sessions. However, participants may receive access to recordings or materials if available.

Special Circumstances

  • Refunds or credits due to medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
